Sweet sausage

Farinheira Doce Encosta da Serra is a delicately cured sausage made with wood heat, made from fresh pork fat, wheat flour, water, salt, garlic and spices, wrapped in natural casing. It is used in Portuguese stews, but is increasingly grilled in other dishes.
