Sausage

Linguíça is a smoked sausage made from lean pork and seasoned with garlic, salt and spices, stuffed into a thin casing. It is cured in a smokehouse using holm oak wood, which gives it its unique traditional character and gives it a uniform texture with a tempting, marbled red appearance.
