Butelo

Butelo is a sausage made with ribs, pork, tails and
pork beard, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic.
It is cured and should be eaten cooked, accompanied with
potatoes and cooked vegetables, preferably casulas (peels of
dehydrated green beans).
